Why We’re Selling

The local rules changed. So did our plans.

Changes to Fort Dodge’s sign ordinances have made it difficult for us to rent these signs for more than four months of the year. That restriction has made continuing in this area impractical.

We’ve decided to sell the complete operation to someone who can take it to another community. Our signs have served local businesses, hiring campaigns, seasonal promotions, and community events. The equipment is here for the next owner to put to work.

If you’re considering the business, get in touch. We can discuss its operating history, income and expenses, and what the move would involve.

Included in the Sale

We’re selling the business together with the signs and equipment we’ve used to run it.

The Sign Setup

Freestanding signs, transported separately.

Our signs aren’t permanently mounted to individual trailers. The boards stand on their own supports with weights, and we transport them using a separate hauling trailer.

Changeable letters let each board carry different messages: a sale, a help-wanted announcement, a new service, or an upcoming event.

As you consider a location for the business, checking its local sign rules is an important first step.

A Note From Jerrod

I’d love to see a veteran take this forward.

I want someone to get a good deal on this business, and I’d especially welcome the chance to sell it to a veteran. If you’re interested in making it your own, please reach out. I’m happy to talk through the details with you.
